This hotel truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we arrived soaking wet from a rainstorm, they accommodated our late check-in seamlessly, leaving the keys in a safety deposit box. And to our surprise, the room had heating! This small gesture made a huge difference as we were able to dry our clothes and continue our journey comfortably the next morning. The staff was helpful, with a good understanding of English. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. And the location, near a park, made for a pleasant stroll after a long drive.

The restaurant should extend its menu. Smoking at the hotel entrance should not be allowed because cigarette smoke moves upwards into rooms having their windows open.

The hotel was located in a residential area outside of the city, but it was relatively close to the city center and the train station. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable furniture, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. the service was courteous and professional with a helpful staff. the breakfast was good with different options for different tastes. the hotel also had a nice park opposite, making for a pleasant stroll after a long drive.

There was no air conditioning or fan in the room, so it was hot and uncomfortable on the upper floors during the summer.

Far from the city centre but in nice quiet lication, and able to take a bus to the centre. Also able to walk from Stralsund Grunhufe station(about 10 mins). The restaurant food was really nice. Good value for money.

Over priced. Stayed in better appointed hotels and other rooms came with breakfast. Four adults at 10 euro per head per day for breakfast would have added 120 euro to the bill. Rooms at this price should have breakfast included. Then to cap it off the receptionist charge double what she should have done.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleased with the room's cleanliness and facilities. The breakfast was great, offering more than just standard options, and the private parking was convenient. Additionally, the calm area provided a peaceful and good night's sleep.

The hotel's location was inconvenient, in an uninteresting residential area far from the city center. Also, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during our stay. while the hotel had its advantages, the location and uncomfortable room made our city trip less enjoyable.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

We spent our Easter here and the buffet breakfast was decent and had enough variety. The staff was friendly and provided Easter activities for children which was great. The hotel was near a park and had free parking which was convenient.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the town center and the attractions. We had to walk for at least half an hour to get to the main area which was tiring, especially with two children.

The hotel had great cleanliness, comfy beds, and tasty breakfast. It was also located relatively close to the city centre and had easy transportation.
